Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders
• Pack products securely and label packages correctly
• Verify order accuracy (items, quantities, and condition)
• Prepare shipments for dispatch according to company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety rules and warehouse policies
• Report damaged or missing items to supervisors
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is an advantage
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages (up to specified weight)
