Description

A pivotal role responsible for accurately managing equipment sales orders, maintaining inventory, coordinating deliveries and installations, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. You’ll closely collaborate with sales, warehouse, delivery teams, and external partners to drive operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Audit and process equipment sales orders, pick-up/move requests via Sales Chain and E-Automate.

+ Maintain accurate inventory records in E-Automate; support physical inventory counts.

+ Coordinate delivery and installation scheduling to optimize customer success.

+ Collaborate with internal (sales, warehouse, drivers) and external teams to facilitate out-of-region installs.
