Order Entry Technician

Overview:Element is hiring an **Order Entry Technician** to serve as the front line of support for customers by ensuring excellent service, follow-up and attention.
**Responsibilities**:- Manages key accounts by scheduling work flow processes and communicating accurate due dates- Provides status reports to clients and updates on work in process- Coordinates return of customer's samples and remnants as required- Works with customers and test laboratories to resolve complaints / issues- Resolves discrepancies on purchase orders regarding quantity, specifications, etc.- Directs qualified outside leads / clients to the sales staff for quotationsSkills / Qualifications:- Team Work attitude- Positive Attitude- Interpersonal skills- Attention to detail- Problem solving- Quick Learner- Focused on achievement of goals- Engineering Degree (Materials, Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical)- Computer (Office, Internet)- Languages: Spanish, EnglishThis position requires access to export-controll...
