Job Title: Order Fulfillment Coordinator
Location: Penang - Bukit Mertajam / Hybrid
Salary: MYR 3,500 – RM 5,000
Contract: 6 months (renewable/conversion based on the performance and business needs)
Role Summary
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator manages customer orders, shipment tracking, and returns while liaising with sales, inventory, and operations teams. Responsible for accurate order processing, timely delivery, and maintaining system records, the role ensures smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and handle administrative tasks, including proper filing of all paperwork and daily operational duties.
Liaise with customers and respond to their weekly schedules.
Coordinate with Inventory and Operations teams across regions to ensure timely delivery of goods.
