Role Summary

The Order Fulfillment Coordinator manages customer orders, shipment tracking, and returns while liaising with sales, inventory, and operations teams. Responsible for accurate order processing, timely delivery, and maintaining system records, the role ensures smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Process customer orders and handle administrative tasks, including proper filing of all paperwork and daily operational duties.
