Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The Order Fulfillment Coordinator ensures efficient and accurate order processing, prioritization, and fulfillment, while maintaining strong communication across teams to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales Order Management
a. Monitor and process sales orders using warehouse systems and trackers.
b. Prioritize orders based on delivery deadlines, quantities, and stock locations.
- Stock Verification
a. Check replenishment trackers for just-in-time (JIT) stock availability before printing orders.
b. Coordinate with purchasing and logistics to secure JIT stocks for timely order fulfillment.
- Order Fulfillment
a. Print and distribute sales orders to warehouse staff.
b. Verify order fulfillment accuracy by reconciling inventory discrepancies with inventory specialist and warehouse staff.
