Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Tungsten Automation in EMEA

Creating of customer orders in the ERP system

Creating of order documentation and responsibility for the delivery

Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)

Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities

Interface to manufacturing in terms of fulfilling the day-to-day business

Documentation of processes and storage processes

Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards
