Job Overview

To ensure all orders/deliveries are served and are properly documented. All agreed process are adhered to and thinks and act to best interest of the company.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

• Processes all single-phase UPS orders, DP Manual Entry orders and Transfer Orders
• Reviews Project Registration Details in Partner Portal and releases the order for processing
• Processes after-invoice adjustments in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary credit hold to customers.
• Processes Return Good Authorization in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary credit hold to customers.
• Identifies customer needs through communication and probing.
• Creates solutions to customer problems and provides sound recommendations to their queries.
• Assists customers in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication, and closure of issues.
• Participates in team meetings. Huddles and information cascades.
