Job Overview

To ensure all orders/deliveries are served and are properly documented. All agreed process are adhered to and thinks and act to best interest of the company.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

1. Processes all single-phase UPS orders, DP Manual Entry orders and Transfer Orders
2. Reviews Project Registration Details in Partner Portal and releases the order for processing
3. Processes after-invoice adjustments in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary credit hold to customers.
4. Processes Return Good Authorization in a prompt manner to avoid unnecessary credit hold to customers.
5. Identifies customer needs through communication and probing.
6. Creates solutions to customer problems and provides sound recommendations to their queries.
7. Assists customers in handling, servicing, follow-up, communication, and closure of issues.
