In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely fulfilment of customer orders through proactive backlog management and coordination with cross‑functional teams, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers. You will also ensure accurate billing and prompt issuance of credit notes. Additionally, you will analyze supply chain data to enhance forecast accuracy and service levels, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as DG handling and SWAP planning to optimize overall supply chain performance.
