Order Fulfillment Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

Order Fulfillment Supervisor / Customer Service Supervisor will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

· Act as helpdesk and support CPFI customers (external or internal) in terms of answering inquiries or complaints related to train schedules, finished goods availability, purchase/sales order status, etc.

· Support inquiries and complaints by providing effective monitoring from acknowledgement of concerns up to its closure with the best resolution given.

· Act as center of all information with the aim to help, assist, educate and as well as coach or offer options to customer to ensure that all needs are met and satisfied.

· Responsible for reaching the customer for any foreseen concern that will or may arise.
