Order Fulfilment Analyst

    Responsible for processing customer orders according to existing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders, and handling post-sale issues such as damaged goods or broken boxes. The candidate should be capable of independently and flexibly deciding on appropriate solutions based on existing processes.

  • Handle post-sale issues, such as damaged goods and packaging.
  • Independently determine suitable handling methods according to existing procedures.
