Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and accountable individual to support the Marketing team, primarily across the APAC region and English-speaking markets (including ANZ, ASEAN, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, and Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end Purchase Order fulfilment on behalf of the team : To raise Purchase Requisition, follow-up on contracts and verification, perform receiving, check invoices and supporting documents
• Collaborate and work with various stakeholders on Purchase Orders, monthly/quarterly closing and account for the expenses
• Be the focal point to support the team on the day-to-day operational matters/issues related to the work responsibilities
