Order Fulfilment Executive

Details: Permanent Position West Area
Duties: Manage daily logistics operations, documentation, and order processing activities. Process customer orders and coordinate with factories to ensure timely fulfillment. Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to facilitate smooth and cost-effective deliveries. Prepare and process shipping documents in accordance with export and customer requirements. Verify logistics invoices and coordinate with Finance on payment matters. Maintain logistics records and support reporting and data analysis activities. Coordinate and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve logistics issues when required. Handle end-to-end export order management, including purchase order issuance and system updates (e.g., SAP). Track production progress and work closely with factories to meet shipment schedules. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
