ORDER HANDLER / ORDER PROCESSOR (E-COMMERCE)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Handler / Order Processor to manage and process customer orders efficiently for our e-commerce operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and encode customer orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, etc.)
• Verify order details, payment status, and delivery information
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
• Prepare order documents, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and exchanges
• Update order tracking and maintain accurate records
• Assist with basic customer inquiries related to orders and deliveries

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• Experience in e-commerce order processing is an advantage ...
