Job Description

The Order Management Operational Manager oversees the entire order management process, ensuring efficient processing and resolving any related issues. They will also collaborate with departments like Sales, Logistics, and Customer Experience to improve the overall order fulfillment experience.

The Order Management Operational Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the order management process for manual channels and for Z Block orders, ensuring efficient order processing, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual in this role will lead a team of all specialists, coordinate tasks, streamline workflows, and ensure that all orders are processed accurately and promptly, also propose ideas to decrease the repeated manual work.
