Order Management Representative - German speaker

Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

• Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction within Intermediate Chemistry business

• Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate all customer requests within the organization, effective cooperation with different departments
• Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances

• Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints
