**Position Title**: Order Management Representative
**Reports to Title**: Manager Order Management Representative
**Dept / Function**: Commercial
**Site: Providencia, Jalisco Mexico**
**Summary**:
Responsible for Customer Service activities including the Order Management of the Hershey Company Customers form LATAM, always assuring a successful distribution process and immediate solving of incidents occurring from the order entry until its delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Management of incoming purchase orders from assigned customers, starting at its correct entry on the system, price validation, appointment scheduling, stock availability check and delivery note creation, followed by clear delivery instructions for logistics department, listing any customer special requirement.
- Coordination with Logistics department to guarantee product is delivered on time and in perfect condition, always following the established process.
