Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Order Management Representative. The role involves managing and processing customer orders, coordinating purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and maintaining communication with internal teams and clients. The representative will also be responsible for resolving order-related issues, tracking shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.
