Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Order Management Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure seamless alignment between business processes and system functionality across the Order-to-Deliver lifecycle. This role requires strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, hands-on testing expertise, and deep knowledge of order management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support
  UAT activities
  for Order Management processes, including test planning, test execution, defect tracking, and resolution.
• Collaborate closely with
  business SMEs and IT teams
  to ensure test scenarios and coverage align with operational requirements.
• Execute test scripts and validate system functionality against defined business processes.
