Job Description
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Update and maintain order tracking systems with relevant information.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding order status.
- Handle and resolve order-related queries or issues proactively.
- Ensuring correct settlement of transport orders (actuals, costs).
- Proven (2+ years) of administrative experience within logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in transport management systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
