Key Outputs / Responsibilities

• Work & collaborate with assigned customer‑facing commercial unit(s), USS, and Mission Teams to achieve BCS Canada business objectives to deliver outcomes.
• Order creation and management which includes reviewing customer requested delivery dates, product availability.
• Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer‑to‑dealer transfers.
• Manage returns including seasonal products and empty containers.
• Actively participate in CS process improvement projects.
