Order Management Specialist

Overview

The ESS FS order to Cash (OtC) Order Management Specialist will work with a team of OtC colleagues in the ESS FS Kuala Lumpur Office delivering and managing end to end OtC processes. The Specialist will work daily with a global BPO partner that executes OtC transactional services for Organon in the Region. The role includes supporting/backup in OtC process areas such as Collection & Cash Applications, Credit Management and Order Management, and will contribute to ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, SOX and statutory requirements.

The Specialist will provide input to the global process owner group for opportunities to improve processes and controls, and to enhance customer experience. Collaboration with BPO partners, internal teams, and market-facing contacts will be required to understand business operations.
