Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for detail-oriented and efficient Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing and processing orders, ensuring that all necessary details are confirmed, and any issues are promptly addressed

Key Responsibilities

• Run outstanding orders reports
• Research order notes and history
• Confirm physician and order details
• Call to request prompt return of signed orders
• Initiate change orders
• Remedy returned non-compliant orders
• Escalate remaining order issues to agency staff

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• BPO experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in healthcare administration, finance, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
