Order Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

• Daily follow up the order release in system for current week and net week orders.
• Daliy follow up on the Order Releted status for current week orders and next weeks orders.
• Daily follow  up on current stock availiblty for orders demand.
• Daily follow up on current stock availiblty allocation for orders resevation.
• Weekly to insure all the orders be accoding plan base on the Log process plaining weekly Weekly dispatch.
• Setting priority at log process for Picking and packing activity.
• Daily follow up on the picking and packing progress to make sure all the orders is completed and ready to laoding.
• Daily follow up with loading team the loading plan.
• Daily follow up with receiving team on the receiving plan.
• Daily follow up on the Urgent order progress.
• Follow up on the order outstanding pending for delievry.
