Order Processing Customer Service Coordinator

Job Details:
Location: North Bridge Road

Salary: Up to $3300

Working hours:  Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm *Saturday/PH: 9:00am to 3:00pm (Only if required)

Job Scope:

• Handle and process large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time

• Respond to enquiries from customers via phone, email and web chat

• Process claims that arise from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, etc
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise with regards to customers' orders
  Requirements:
   Minimum GCE O Level Qualification
  Minimum 1 year of experience in order processing and handling of customer's enquiries Interested applicants, please send your resume ,
