Order Processing Intern

Your tasks
1. Order Entry & Verification Accurately receive, review, and process incoming sales orders and purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP). Cross-verify all order details against customer requests to ensure accuracy.
2. Coordination with related parties Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to arrange timely delivery of products and ensure all required documentation is prepared.
3. Customer Communication Act as a point of contact for customers, providing order status updates and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
4. Compliance & Safety Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Your Qualifications
1. Student who currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field.
