Your tasks
Order Entry & Verification: Accurately receive, review, and process incoming sales orders and purchase orders into the ERP system (SAP). Cross-verify all order details against customer requests to ensure accuracy.
Coordination with related parties : Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to arrange timely delivery of products and ensure all required documentation is prepared.
Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers, providing order status updates and resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and safety protocols.
