Order Processing

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming purchase orders and online orders into our internal systems.

This is initially a 20–30 hour per week position, with the potential to transition into full-time based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process incoming purchase orders and online orders accurately and efficiently
• Enter and manage orders in WooCommerce and SAP Ariba
• Verify order details, pricing, and product information before submission
• Ensure all data is entered correctly and maintain high accuracy standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies
• Maintain organized digital records of processed orders
• Assist with basic bookkeeping or finance-related administrative tasks as needed
