Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams (12 months contract) interact with customers, company sales and/or internal functional teams to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They process and manage customers' orders from order entry to delivery and collection in a timely manner. They may respond to all customers' inquiries about TE's products or services, investigate and resolve customer complaints to meet business requirements. A key area of focus is to develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
