After training: Full-time position during US hours.
What are we looking for?
Must be English Spanish bilingual
Must be proficient in using Zendesk
Must have professional experience using Amazon Seller Central
Effective troubleshooter
Thorough auditor
Nice To Have
Epicor Eclipse knowledge a plus
What will you do?
Reconcile vendor acknowledgement of our purchase orders into our ERP
Data enter all vendor AP invoices that arrive in zendesk into Eclipse
Work unreceived widget
PO expedite widget
Trouble widget
From zendesk process customers incoming concerns (order cancellations, modify orders)
Audit, review, source, process incoming online orders (our exceptions)
Reconcile End of day Amazon synching
