Training period: Part-time during US hours. Work hours may vary depending on workload and trainer availability.
After training: Full-time position during US hours.

Fluent English Spanish a plus
Computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Software (excel, word, outlook)
Proficient in using Zendesk

Reconcile vendor acknowledgement of our purchase orders into our ERP
Data enter all vendor AP invoices that arrive in zendesk into Eclipse
