Order Processing Specialist

We are looking for an Order Processing Specialist to support customers with order entry, status updates, and product information. The role coordinates with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time order handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and update information in company systems
• Review order details for accuracy, pricing, and product availability
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for product preparation and shipment
• Track open orders and follow up on pending items
• Manage order changes, returns, or adjustments as needed
• Assist with product and stock availability questions
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order changes
