Job Description
Job Brief:
**Note that this role is temporary / fixed at 6 months contract only
Responsibilities:
The Employee will:
- Manage day-to-day work assigned, provide ad hoc support to any organization needs
- Must have knowledge in Invoice transmittal, organization and dispatch
- Handle courier requirements; document Filing, printing & sorting
- Handle Bank Errands (Deposit Checks, etc.)
- Handle BIR Errands
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in Admin support role
- Flexible and adaptable to any business need
- Knowledgeable in Excel and computer works
- Experience in Shared Service setup or Outsourcing is an edge
- Attention to detail, process and compliance orientation
