Ordering Supervisor

The Ordering Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels through effective ordering, supplier coordination, and inventory monitoring. The Ordering Supervisor works closely with merchandisers, department heads, and suppliers to maintain an efficient replenishment cycle and contribute to the store's operational success.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate and issue central purchase orders to suppliers.
• Ensure the accuracy of listed product costs and updating prices.
• Oversee and update purchase promotions (trade offers) provided by suppliers.
• Communicate with supplier to address any pricing, purchase order and cost-related issues.
