Work Timings - 5 PM to 2 AM IST (US Eastern Time Zone)

Location - Mumbai Office (Andheri East) - In-Person Role

Pepper helps brands win organic search, AI search, and every organic channel that drives growth . We're building an AI-native customer success team, and we're looking for an Organic Growth Lead to own organic growth for a small set of our customers across search, AI engines, and channel-level distribution.

Search is changing fast. Buyers now discover brands through Google, through AI engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and through communities and creators on YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit. We're looking for someone who understands this new landscape deeply and can confidently build growth across all of it.
