Organic Social Media Manager

At Rop St. DigitALL, we're hiring an Organic Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Medellín. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll help shape the social presence of some of the biggest global brands in fashion, footwear, and other verticals.

We're a full-service digital agency with roots in fashion and footwear. After years in the retail world, we built an agency that blends creative, strategy, and execution for clients who want results. Our team is based in Medellín, but our work spans the globe.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and create engaging organic social content for a wide range of clients across industries
• Research trends, audience behaviors, and platform best practices
• Drive organic strategy and help clients grow their reach and engagement
• Stay on top of emerging social trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with our creative, content, and paid media teams
