About the role

We're hiring an organic-first social media and content marketer who can create and publish content that builds trust, drives engagement, and grows our audience, this role is not focused on paid media optimization or conversion funnels. It's about creative content, consistency, and community.

Solar industry experience is plus. If you're a strong storyteller and know how to grow brands organically, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Own our organic social strategy and content calendar (IG, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn—based on fit)
• Create and publish short-form video, graphics, and posts (from scratch or using internal/raw footage)
• Write strong hooks, captions, and light copywriting aligned to our brand voice
• Manage community engagement (comments/DMs), respond/escalate leads, and build relationships
