Organisation Excellence Manager

What the role is:

We are seeking an Organisation Excellence Manager to join our team to be part of the Board Secretariat and Governance unit. This role requires a strategic and hands‑on organisation development professional who can lead in organisation excellence and governance related work.

What you will be working on:

• Board Administration and Advisory – Provide advisory and support to the Board and ensure its functions and role align with corporate strategy and governance guidelines. Support Board planning and development, including the planning of Board related meetings and activities, facilitating board communications and records management, etc.
• Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) – Assist in driving URA’s WSH strategy, policies, and workplace safety culture. This includes Secretariat work supporting Management to coordinate and support risk identification, assessment, and management.
