We're seeking an experienced Change Manager to join a high‑performing transformation team delivering one of the Australian Government's most complex and strategically significant programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on shaping people‑centred change and uplifting organisational capability during large‑scale transformation.

As a Change Manager, you will work closely with program value streams and business areas to ensure staff are informed, prepared and supported through new ways of working. You'll create impactful user journeys, experience blueprints, communications and change artefacts that simplify complexity and enable effective adoption across the organisation.
