Job Descriptions

● Leads and controls the activities relative to job and manpower audit programs to establish functional relationships and values of job and processes; identifies gaps, redundancies, unnecessary and duplicating functions, and recommends appropriate interventions, as necessary.
● Conducts organization review to help organization identify areas for improvement, optimizes its operations, and enhance overall performance
● Analyzes processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Eliminates non-value adding processes or steps within the processes to streamline and shorten man-hours requirements.
● Supervises the conduct of job analysis to determine importance, effectiveness, and alignment of jobs to the departmental objectives; redesigns jobs as necessary.
