7 - 10 years of experience in OCM (end-to-end): conduct change impact assessment, build change strategy, communication plan, training, plan, and organisation alignment 
Have a high skill of managing stakeholders and building communication collaterals in creative manners (using different tools) 
Have a background of working/familiar with telco industry core process
