Job Description
A. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Conducts inventory of job descriptions of all operation units.
Assists in the preparation of job descriptions based on key responsibilities, qualification standards required of the position.
Conducts job analysis of the position by interviewing and observing the persons on the job. Coordinates with operating units in determining the complexity and regularity of the work being performed.
Safekeeps the roster of all job descriptions duly acknowledged by all employees.
Performs support functions such as organizing, filing, photocopying and typing up of documents.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the HR Head.
B. TRAINING SUPPPORT
1. Assists the Training manager in the conduct of Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Survey to Department Managers/Heads on a semi-annual basis to identify training and development needs of employees.
