Organization & Talent Development (OTD) Supervisor (Maternity Cover Contract - 12 Months Fixed Term)

Responsibilities

• Performance Management
  • Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)
  • Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics
• Talent Infrastructure
  • Key talent programs: High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline
  • Employee growth initiatives: Promotion frameworks, engagement programs
  • Training execution: Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops
• Culture Operations
  • Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions
  • Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)
  • Drive employee experience improvement projects
