As a Organizational Development (OD) Head you will be senior HR strategist who aligns a company's workforce capabilities with its overarching business goals. They lead initiatives in structural design, change management, talent planning, and corporate culture to optimize employee performance and foster a high-performance work environment.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to structure the business, define job architectures, and scale operating models efficiently.
