Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US. Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation. Provide training and development material to support end users before and after transition In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQs, QRGs, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations.
