Organizational Change Manager

Job Description

Our client, a major player in Canada's energy sector, is undergoing significant cross-functional and enterprise-wide transformation. They are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead and execute change strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term sustainment.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity, located in Downtown Calgary (Hybrid, 3 days on-site). 

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Design and implement integrated change strategies including communication, training, coaching, sponsorship, and resistance management.

Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments.

Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Talent, and Project teams to ensure alignment and delivery of holistic OCM solutions.
