Job Description

  • Training Development & Delivery Team:


  • Create Content for end user with multiple modes – HTV, e-learning module with voice over, TTT Scripts in latest content creation tool like Articulate 360, Arise, Captivate
  • HR Domain Knowledge is also preferred with SAP Success Factors implementation
  • Ability to translate training material into Germany language
  • Customize Content: If there is custom content required, they should be able to develop custom content
  • Record and test Training Videos: To be able to record simulation videos and launch it multiple platforms
  • Host training content on LMS environment and track progress completion
  • MS Office and Language Skills: The users should have a good background of explaining the concepts as well. They should have good MS Office skills so that they can also develop the Process Slides in PowerPoints explaining t...
