Organizational Change Manager

This role will lead end-to-end change management to drive adoption, readiness, and sustainment of new tools/processes in a safety-critical, operational environment, working closely with Business, Operations, Safety, IT, Training, and Communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading change on complex, technology-enabled initiatives
• Experience in operational/safety-critical or regulated environments (utilities/energy/industrial preferred)
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, influencing skills; comfortable in a matrixed environment
• Preferred: Prosci/ACMP certification; experience with workforce-facing tools; agile/hybrid delivery; unionized/contractor workforces
