Requirements:
5–8+ years in Change Management
Bachelor’s in Business / Engineering / CS / HR
Strong techno-commercial understanding
Consulting experience (mandatory)
Prosci certification – good to have
SAP S/4HANA / Supply Chain experience – added advantage
